Terms and Conditions for Becoming a FindRelax Explorer
By applying to become a FindRelax Explorer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Applicants must provide accurate personal information in the application form.
- FindRelax reserves the right to verify any information provided by applicants.
2. Content Creation
- As a FindRelax Explorer, you will be required to visit relaxation spots and create content, including but not limited to reviews, photos, and videos.
- All content must be authentic and provide an honest review of the property or location.
- Content should meet FindRelax’s quality standards. If your first three pieces of content are approved and of high quality, further paid opportunities may be offered.
- You must submit all content by the agreed-upon deadlines. Failure to meet deadlines may result in termination of your role as an Explorer.
3. Use of Content
- By submitting content, you grant FindRelax a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, edit, and distribute the content across all platforms, including but not limited to the FindRelax website and social media channels.
- Credit for the content will be given to the FindRelax Explorer, but FindRelax reserves the right to make edits or adjustments to suit the platform’s needs.
4. Compensation
- FindRelax will pay for the first three content pieces you create, provided they meet the required standards.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before content creation, and subsequent content payments will be made based on the quality and engagement of the content.
- Payment is made through the method specified by the Explorer during the application process.
- If the content does not meet FindRelax’s quality standards, no payment will be made.
- In some cases, spot owners may offer complimentary stays, services, or other benefits in lieu of cash payment. Such arrangements will be communicated beforehand.
5. Travel and Expenses
- Travel arrangements and expenses for creating content are the responsibility of the FindRelax Explorer unless otherwise agreed upon by FindRelax.
- In cases where FindRelax agrees to cover travel expenses, such payments will be pre-approved and subject to the submission of valid receipts.
6. Conduct and Behavior
- As a representative of FindRelax, you are expected to act professionally when visiting relaxation spots.
- Any behavior that damages the reputation of FindRelax or its associated businesses may result in immediate termination of your role as a FindRelax Explorer.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- FindRelax reserves the right to terminate your role as an Explorer at any time for failure to comply with the terms and conditions, or for submitting low-quality content.
- You may terminate your role as a FindRelax Explorer by providing written notice to FindRelax.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content created by FindRelax Explorers remains the intellectual property of the creator. However, by submitting the content to FindRelax, you grant us the right to use and distribute the content as specified in these terms.
9. Liability
- FindRelax is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your travels or content creation.
- It is the responsibility of the Explorer to ensure their own safety when visiting and reviewing relaxation spots.
10. Changes to Terms
- FindRelax reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Explorers will be notified of any changes and given the option to continue or terminate their role under the new terms.
